It was a nice room, however the coffee pot wasn’t working and we missed breakfast and couldn’t get any coffee. The staff at the front desk were wonderful

I appreciated the location, and the price for the nice room. The room was clean. The lobby area appeared to be clean, however; I merely passed through with the exception of check-in upon my arrival.

I was very shocked at how the staff treated my wife I told the hotel before I checked in that she just got out of the hospital she was in the hospital for six months she had 2 hip replacement. Surgeries the hotel cleaning people said they smelled urine on one of the towels and ordered me to pay $120. To clean it. They said if I don't pay I must leave immediately I was at work and they kicked her outside in the cold and called the.police. once I returned she was sitting outside with all of our belongings it was horrible I am 65 years old and my wife is 57 and totally disabled and they charged us.for the full week and 120. For towels and kept are deposit I have never been more disrespected in my life I am trying to stop the charges with my bank we had stayed only 4 days out of the seven l know for sure my wife had leave rights we're violated and I'm sure if something is not done I will file a lawsuit against the hotel and there staff sincerely David Wilson 714 7601438
